影响木薯原生质体再生植株的因素

摘要 原生质体培养和植株再生技术是植物细胞工程、基因工程的基础。木薯是一种重要的粮食作物和工业原料作物。木薯原生质体再生植株是一种重要的组织培养再生手段。本文是在已建立的木薯原生质体再生体系的基础上,总结归纳了原生质体再生过程中的重要影响因素,也是木薯原生质体整个再生过程中的重点和难点,分享了原生质体再生过程中的一些经验和小技巧,为木薯原生质体再生提供技术指导,为木薯组织培养提供有益的启发与参考,也为生物技术改良木薯品种奠定基础。 Protoplast culture and plant regeneration are the basic techniques for cell engineering and gene engineering of plants. Cassava is an important crop for food and industrial raw materials. Plant regeneration from protoplast of cassava is an important regeneration method of tissue culture. Based on the establishment of protoplast regeneration system of cassava,this article summarizes the important influencing factors in protoplast regeneration,which are the key and difficult points in the whole regeneration process of cassava protoplast,and shares some experiences and skills in protoplast regeneration,hoping to provide technical guidance for cassava protoplast regeneration and offer useful inspiration and reference for cassava tissue culture,and lay a foundation for genetic improvement in cassava.
