摘要
本文综述了环介导等温扩增(loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)技术的原理、特点及其在植物病原菌检测中的应用,以期对该领域的研究进展有一个全面的了解。
This paper reviews the principle, characteristics of loop-mediated isothermal amplification technology and its application in phytopathogens detection, aiming to have a comprehensive understanding of the research progress in this field.
