“双一流”建设背景下地方高校学科群构建策略——以太原理工大学为例

Construction Strategies of Cluster of Discipline in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of “Double First-class” Construction:Taking Taiyuan University of Technology as an Example

从研究地方高校的学科特点入手,探讨"双一流"建设背景下学科群的概念和建设意义,并结合太原理工大学学科群建设的实践提出了学科群构建的若干策略:一是问题导向、任务驱动,二是凝练方向、重点建设,三是经费打包、统一分配,四是推动融合、培育团队,五是完善机制、创新管理,为地方高校推进"双一流"建设提供有益借鉴。

Starting from the study of disciplinary characteristics in local colleges,this paper discusses the concept and construction significance of the cluster of discipline under the background of＂Double First-class＂construction and proposes the following strategies for the construction of cluster of discipline in conjunction with the disciplinary construction practice of Taiyuan University of Technology.First to be problem-oriented and task-driven;second to focus on one direction and pay attention on its construction;three to package the expenditure and implement the uniform distribution;four to promote integration and cultivate teamwork;and,five to improve mechanism and innovate management.These strategies provide beneficial reference for the construction of＂Double First-class＂in local colleges and universities.
