摘要
从2014年起,地方高校相继向社会发布本科毕业生就业质量年度报告,毕业生就业质量的总体状况不容乐观。从毕业生就业质量与人才培养工作的关系来看,毕业生就业质量是人才培养成效的最直接、最主要的指标,而人才培养模式改革的好坏直接影响毕业生就业质量的高低。因此,地方高校应紧紧围绕区域经济社会发展需要,加强与政府、行业、企业之间的互动,以市场需求为导向构建人才培养机制,以就业为导向改革人才培养模式,实现人才培养与社会需求的"无缝"对接,从根本上提高毕业生就业质量。
Since 2014,local colleges and universities have released an annual report on the employment quality of graduates.The overall employment quality of graduates is not optimistic.From the view of the relationship between graduate employment quality and the talents cultivation work graduate employment quality is the most direct and main index of cultivation.The reform of talent training model directly affects the quality of graduate employment.Therefore,local colleges and universities should center on the needs of regional economic and social development,strengthen the interaction with government,industry,and enterprise.They should build the talent training mechanism oriented by market demand and reform the talent cultivation model with employment orientation.The reform can implement the seamless link of talent training and social needs and fundamentally improve the quality of graduate employment fundamentally.
