摘要
株洲市位于京广铁路、浙赣铁路和湘黔铁路交汇处,交通区位优势显著,但缺少适应现代化物流需求、可有效辐射周边区域的铁路综合物流节点。通过分析长株潭地区铁路货运生产分布格局、株洲铁路综合物流园的功能定位和货运需求,结合城市发展及用地规划和综合交通运输条件,依托株洲北站最终在喻家坪站至湘江铜塘湾码头间选址布局新的区域级铁路综合物流园,同时对园区内的列车到发和技术作业区、主体功能区、码头水铁联运功能区等布局方案进行合理规划,使其成为具备多式联运、仓储加工、流通贸易等多功能于一体的现代铁路综合物流园区,为我国其他城市传统货场向现代物流基地转型提供参考。
It is necessary to build a railway logistic hub in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province to effectively meet the demand of modern logistic services for customers in its surrounding areas, which enjoys obvious geographic advantage locating at the intersection of the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, the Zhejiang-Jiangxi Railway and the Huan-Guizhou Railway. Based on a comprehensive review of railway freight transport conditions in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area, the functions of the Zhuzhou Railway Logistic Hub, the demand forecasting for freight transportation in the region, this paper proposes the proper site for a regional railway logistic hub should be somewhere between the Yujiaping Railway Station and Tongtangwan Pier on the Xiang River, which will be based on the Zhuzhou North Railway Station, in line with the local urban development and land use planning and the actual traffic conditions. To make the proposed Zhuzhou Railway Logistic Hub a modern integrated railway logistic hub with multiple functions including multimodal transportation, warehousing, processing, distribution and trading, we also put forward a blueprint to optimize the layout of its facilities including the arrival and departure areas, the technological operation area, the main functional area and the rail-water combined transport area at the pier, which is expected to serve as the references for the conventional freight yards' transformation to modern logistic hubs in other Chinese cities.
