摘要
为提高攀钢集团有限公司产品铁路运输货车满载率,概述攀钢集团有限公司产品运输现状,分析攀钢集团有限公司存在的部分产品规格与现有铁路货车匹配性不高、铁路货车满载工作激励机制有待健全、生产管理与运输管理协调联动不足、部分装载加固方案与铁路货车类型匹配度不高、装载加固装置专业化程度较低等影响铁路货车满载率的因素,提出优化产品生产规格、提升作业人员业务水平和工作积极性、实行统筹化和精细化管理、加强物流信息化平台建设、提高铁路货车配车管理水平、完善装载加固方案、研发专用装载加固装置等提高铁路运输货车满载率措施,以降低攀钢物流成本,提升企业竞争力。
After reviewing the history of freight transport at Pangang Group from 2015-2017, this paper has highlights factors that lead to low freight loads, including oversized products, a weak incentive mechanism for loading operators, insufficient coordination between the production team and its counterparts responsible for transport, poor application of loading reinforcement plans to freight wagons, and outdated load securing methods. Focusing on these problems, we propose a set of measures that include standardizing product sizes, motivating operators to improve their professional skills, conducting fine management while keeping the big picture in mind, strengthening the capacity of the logistics information platform, improving the management railway freight wagons, updating load securing plans, and developing specialized fastening devices. These approaches are expected to improve Pangang's market competiveness and bring down the costs.
