超声内镜规范化教学与培训

THE STANDARDIZED TEACHING AND TRAINING OF ENDOSCOPIC LTRASONOGRAPHY

超声内镜(endoscopic ultrasonography,EUS)是消化内镜和腔内超声技术的结合,它要求操作人员不但要具备较高的内镜操作技能,还要具有通过超声图像准确识别病变的能力,它是目前最难掌握的内镜技术之一。近年来,随着EUS设备器械的不断研发,EUS介入诊疗的适应证越来越宽,对技术的要求也越来越高,但是相关教学和培训略显滞后,限制了EUS的广泛临床应用。本文旨在探讨规范化的EUS教学培训手段和方法。

Objective Endoscopic ultrasonography（EUS）is an important and complex method with a combination of standard digestive endoscopy and intracavitary ultrasound.EUS requires the endoscopists to achieve the competency of endoscopic skills and interpretation of ultrasound imagines.Industries provide more versatile EUS equipment to facilitate the deployment of various interventional accessories.And then the demand for skills to handle a growing range of interventional EUS procedures increases greatly.However,the practice of EUS is still lags because of the shortage of EUS training programs.This article discusses how to improve the level of standardized EUS teaching and training.
