细菌对五合一垮电的影响及治理措施研究

摘要 垮电时从某联合站油水过渡层中取样,用石油醚,浓HCl定性分析杂质的成分,即为硫酸盐还原菌的腐蚀产物Fe S。从汇管,来液管线,卸油点等处取样,加入莫尔盐,Na2S·9H2O来检测Fe2+和HS-的存在,即找出Fe S的存在地方并进行细菌检测。发现垮电时比正常运行时细菌数量要大得多,即说明垮电的治理需要杀灭硫酸盐还原菌,去除Fe S。在治理措施方面提出了多种方法,并讨论了对杀菌剂如何进行有效的筛选。 At the time of the collapse, samples were taken from the oil-water transitional layer in a joint station. The impurity components were analyzed with petroleum ether and concentrated hydrochloric acid. It was the ferrous sulfide which was the corrosion product of sulfate-reducing bacteria. From the exchange tube, the liquid lines and unloading points. Then throw in the Mohr salt and Na2S·9H2O to detect the presence of Fe2+ and HS-. Ev- erywhere the ferrous sulfide exist should detected bacteria again. Founding that, at the time of the collapse, the number of bacteria is much larger than normal operation. Indicating that the management of the collapse needs to kill sulfate-reducing bacteria and remove the ferrous sulfide. A variety of methods have been proposed in the area of governance measures and the effective screening of fungicides has been discussed.
