摘要
文章对盐酸地芬尼多(片)含量测定方法的研究进展作了较为详细的综述,主要包括滴定法、色谱法、光谱法、微流芯片法、色谱质谱联用等,并对不同的测定方法相关研究内容进行了分析比较,以便于药品检测人员在实际工作中能够选择适宜的检测方法,保证药品质量安全,并展望未来盐酸地芬尼多(片)的含量测定方法一定向着新技术、联用技术及快速检测方向发展。
In this paper, the research progress of the determination method of diphenidol hydrochloride in recent years was reviewed, including titration, chromatography, spectrometry, microfluidic chip, chromatography-mass spectrometry, etc., and different methods are compared so that drug inspectors could choose the appropriate detection method to ensure the quality and safety of drugs in the practical work. In the future, determination method of diphenidine hydrochloride must be developed in new technologies, hyphenated techniques and rapid detection methods.
