摘要
目的探讨晶状体超声乳化术后感染性眼内炎的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2012年7月至2017年6月行晶状体超声乳化手术1 006例（1 267只眼）的临床资料。其中男555例（697只眼），女451例（570只眼）。年龄52～95岁。术后发生感染性眼内炎5例，发生率为0.39%，5例均行玻璃体切除术治疗。结果玻璃体切除术后均保存了部分视力，术后视力0.1～0.25者3例，视力≥0.3者2例，所有患眼均未取出人工晶状体。玻璃体抽取液细菌培养2例为阳性，1例为表皮葡萄球菌，1例为沃氏葡萄球菌。
结论晶状体超声乳化术后眼内炎及时施行玻璃体切除术是有效的方法。
ObjectiveTo investigate the treatment of infective endophthalmitis after phacoemulsification.MethodsThe data of 1 267 eyes of 1 006 cases with cataract from Jul.2012 to Jun.2017 who received phacoemulsification were analyzed retrospectively. There were 697 eyes of 555 males and 570 eyes of 451 females. The age of patients ranged from 52 to 95 years. Five cases（0.39%） with infective endophthalmitis underwent vitrectomy.ResultsPartial visual acuity was preserved after vitrectomy. The visual acuity was 0.1- 0.25 in 3 cases, ≥0.3 in 2 cases. The IOL wasn’t removed in 5 cases. Two cases of vitreous bacteria culture were positive. One case was Staphylococcus epidermis and another case was Staphylococcus aureus.ConclusionVitrectomy is an effective method for the treatment of infective endophthalmitis after phacoemulsification.
