改良的鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术的效果评价

Evaluation on the efficacy of modified nasoendoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy

目的评价改良的鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果。方法回顾性分析2013年3月至2017年6月慢性泪囊炎37例（48眼），随机分为两组：对照组21例（32眼），采用传统鼻内镜下经鼻腔的泪囊造孔置管术；观察组16例（16眼），采用改良鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术。对比研究治疗效果。结果术后随访6个月，观察组总有效率为87.5%，对照组总有效率为75.00%，两组总有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。但是改良鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术具有许多优势，包括能预防吻合口瘢痕粘连、损伤小和并发症少等。结论改良鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术是治疗慢性泪囊炎一种较好的手术方法。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of modified nasoendoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.MethodsThe data of 48 eyes of 37 patients with chronic dacryocystitis from Mar. 2013 to Jun. 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were divided into two groups randomly. The control group, 32 eyes of 21 patients were treated with traditional intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy; the observed group, 16 eyes of 16 patients were treated with modified nasoendoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. The efficacy were compared and analyzed between the two groups.ResultsAll the patients were followed up for 6 months.The total effective rate of the control group was 87.5% and 75.0% of the observed group, the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Prevension of cicatricial adhesion of anastomosis stoma and little injury and fewer complications were advantages in observed group.ConclusionModified nasoendoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is a better surgical method for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.
