摘要
介绍了SXFEL和DCLS束流截面测量系统的软件设计方法。该系统基于以太网和EPICS分布式系统,并采用EPICS-Python方式进行设计,实现了CCD相机和步进电机的控制,完成了图像采集数据的拟合处理。经SXFEL和DCLS在线运行和测试,该系统主要性能为:成像系统的像素分辨率为13.9μm,重复定位精度为22μm,图像刷新率在内触发模式下可达到66 Hz,满足加速器运行需求。
Software design of beam profile monitoring system for Soft X- ray Free- Electron Laser (SXFEL) and Dalian Coherent Light Source (DCLS) is introduced. Based on the Ethernet, distributed EP1CS architecture and the pattern of Python-EPICS, the control of both CCD camera and stepper motor and the fitting processing of image data are achieved. It is proved that the pixel resolution of imaging system is 13.9 micron and the repetitive positioning precision is 22 micron during operation and online test in SXFEL and DCLS. The image refresh rate in the internal-trigger mode can reach to 66 Hz, which can totally meet the requirement of normal operation for accelerator.
