EAS热中子探测器阵列FADC电路设计

摘要 为解决广延大气簇射热中子探测器阵列中16台探测器的32路输出信号的信号获取与数据处理问题,设计了一种适用于宽动态范围的信号获取电路,包括前端模拟电路和高速高精度模数转换电路。测试结果表明:整个电路的动态范围为5~2 000 m V,电路噪声的方均根值小于0.8 m Vrms,5 m V输入信号分辨率小于12%,5 m V输入信号非线性程度小于20%。整体测试结果达到设计要求。 In order to solve the problem of signal acquisition and data processing of 32 output slgnals from 16 detectors in an extended air shower (EAS) thermal neutron detector array, a signal acquisition circuit with a wide dynamic range, including front-end analog circuits and high-speed high-precision analog- to-digital conversion circuit (ADC) has been designed. The test results show that the dynamic range of the whole circuit is from 5- 2 000 mV, the RMS of circuit noise is less than 0. 8 mVrms, and the resolution and nonlinearity of the 5 mV input signal are respectively less than 12% and 20%. The overall test results meet the design requirements.
