摘要
相衬CT相比传统CT具有巨大优势,本文介绍了相衬CT原理测试装置的控制系统。该控制系统采用上下位机结构。上位机采用跨平台的PyQt框架,通过以太网与下位机通信。下位机由时序控制器、运动控制器、高压电源控制器、联锁控制器等组成,实现对前端设备的控制,协调设备间的工作次序,并提供人身和设备的安全联锁功能。相衬CT原理测试装置现在已开发完成,进行了装置的总体联调与测试。测试过程中控制系统运行稳定,界面友好,达到了设计要求。
Compared with traditional CT, the phase contrast CT has numerous advantages. This paper introduces the control system of the testing device for the phase contrast CT principle. The upper and lower computer structures are adopted in the control system. The upper computer uses the cross-platform PyQt framework to communicate with the lower computer through Ethernet. The lower computer consists of the sequential controller, motion controller, high voltage power supply controller, interlock controller, and other components. It is able to control the devices, manage the work order of different devices, and ensure the safety of person and equipment. The development of the phase contrast CT principle testing device has been completed. What's more, the debugging and testing of the control system and devices have been carried out. During the test, the control system is stably running and the interface is friendly, which satisfies the design requirements.
