摘要
针对福建南平武夷新区"天圆地方"项目中"天圆"结构形式为外倾曲面,结构斜柱与斜梁截面大、高度高的特点,施工中模板支撑体系为超重、超高体系,且需充分考虑与干挂幕墙操作架和施工电梯超长卸料平台的空间关系、施工协调等问题,论文通过在测量放线中采用双轴线作为控制线,解决了精准定位的问题,结合BIM与放样机器人等新技术,形成了外倾曲面结构的关键施工技术,充分保证了施工质量与安全。
The project of "Tianyuan Difang" is in Wuyi new district of Nanping city of Fujian province, the "Tianyuan" structure in this project has a camber surface, and its structural oblique columns and oblique beams have the characteristics of large section and higher height, its model support system is a overweight, super-high system in construction, considering the spatial relationship and construction coordination problems of dry hanging curtain wall operating frame and construction elevator super long unloading platform, this paper takes the dual axis as the control line in the surveying, it solves the problems of precise positioning, then combining with the new technology of BIM and surveying robot, it forms the key construction technology of camber surface structure, it fully ensures the construction quality and safe.
