摘要
介绍与分析了CSC焦炉烟气干式超净技术的原理、特点及应用项目,证明了CSC焦炉烟气干式超净技术可以实现污染物排放满足SO2≤30mg/Nm3、粉尘≤10mg/Nm3的超净排放要求,实现SO3(硫酸雾)≤5mg/Nm3、汞≤3μg/Nm3的特别排放要求,同时,CSC烟气干式超净装置高脱硫运行温度,满足焦炉烟囱的热备要求,为焦炉烟气治理提供技术支撑。
This paper introduces and analyzes the principle, characteristics and application project of CSC coke oven flue gas dry supernet technology, it proves that the CSC coke oven flue gas dry supernet technology can make the pollutant discharge meet the requirement of supernet discharge, that is SO2≤30 mg/Nm3, and the dust≤10 mg/Nm3, and meet the special discharge requirement, that is SO3≤5 mg/Nm3, mercury≤3μg/Nm3, at the same time, the operation temperature of CSC flue gas dry supernet equipment can meet the heat preparation requirement of coke oven chimney, when the equipment in the operation of high desulphurization, this technology can provide technical support for the treatment of coke oven flue gas.
