跨武九铁路特大桥跨303省道支架现浇连续梁施工技术

Construction Technology of Cast-in-Place Continuous Beam of Extra-Large Bridge Spaning Wuhan-Jiujiang Railway and S303 Provincial Highway

介绍了跨武九铁路特大桥现浇连续梁的支架结构施工、模板安装、混凝土浇筑及养护等施工技术。实施结果证明,采用满堂碗扣脚手架进行铁路连续梁现浇施工,其支架体系操作方便,布置合理、稳定并安全可靠。

This paper introduces the supporting structure construction, template installation, concreting and maintenance and other construction techniques of cast-in-place continuous beam of extra-large bridge spanning Wuhan to Jiujiang railway. The implementation results show that the full hall bowl-shaped scaffold for railway continuous beam cast-in-place construction realizes easy scaffolding system operation,reasonable layout, high stability and safety.
