David Horowitz took part in the American New Left student movement actively in 1960s. Later, he conversed to believe in ＂Neo-conservatism＂ and became a warrant against American Leftists. In his political and academic career, he always takes the 1960s＇ student movement as his observing lens to see the real world consciously or unconsciously. What＇ s more, he always relates the destructive impacts of the radical movement in 1960s to criticize the American leftists mercilessly. It seems that his radical experience in 1960s has already become a len for him to criticize American Leftists and protect American democratic system. To some extent, his relationship with that radical era becomes a stimulus to push forward his career.
