生肌膏联合封闭负压引流技术治疗难愈性创面的疗效分析

Analysis about curative effect of treatment of refractory wounds by shengji ointment combined with vacuum sealing drainage

目的探讨生肌膏联合封闭负压引流技术(VSD)治疗难愈性创面的疗效。方法选取我科近3年来符合条件的病人52例,随机分为A组(生肌膏组),B组(VSD组),C组(生肌膏联合VSD组),记录治疗7d、14d、21d、28d后创面情况。结果治疗7d后三组间疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗14d、21d、28d后三组间疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组的愈合病人数和有效率明显高于A组和B组。结论生肌膏联合封闭负压引流技术治疗难愈性创面可以缩短治疗时间,减轻病人的痛苦和经济负担,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of shengji ointment combined with vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）on refractory wounds. Methods Fifty-two patients who were eligible in inclusion criteria in the last three years were selected, and they were divided randomly into group A（shengji ointment group）, Group B（VSD group） and Group C（shengji ointment coupled with VSD group）. The wound situation was recorded 7 d, 14 d, 21 d and 28 d after treatments. Results There was no statistically significant difference among the three groups at 7 d after treatments（P〈0.05）, and the differences among the three groups at 14 d, 21 d and 28 d after treatment were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The amount of patients being healed and effective rate of Group C was significantly higher than those of group A and group B. Conclusion The treatment of refractory wounds by shengji ointment combined with VSD can shorten the treatment time, reduce the pain and decrease the economic burden of the patients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
