摘要
目的研究多元化综合监测对医院感染聚集性病例的早期预警能力。方法通过回顾性分析对某医院两个独立病区住院患者医院感染聚集性病例资料采用多元化综合监测系统进行调查研究,提出早期预警模型。结果医院感染发病率时间趋势与病原学标本的送检频率和抗菌药物使用率均具有统计学意义。多数据联合监测中的并联预警,在聚集性病例探测的准确性和及时性方面,优于串联预警和单一指标监测的预警。结论多元化综合并联监测有助于提高医院感染聚集性病例的预警能力。
Objective To explore the capability of integrated surveillance for early detection of heahhcare - associated in- fection clusters using multi - sources time series data related to nosocomial infection. Methods Retrospective investigation was used to analyze data of healthcare - associated infection clusters in two independent units in a hospital. Multi - sources integrated surveillance system was used to build early warning models. Results The correlation of heahhcare - associated infection rate between etiological delivery rate and antibiotic using rate were significance statistically. For the accuracy and timeliness of detection for healthcare - associated infection clusters, combined detection in parallel were superior to com- bined detection in series and independent detection. Conclusion Combining time series data based on multi - sources inte- grated surveillance could promote the performance of early detection for clusters of healthcare - associated infection.
