摘要
目的了解中山市温泉场所的综合卫生情况,为加强监管提供技术依据。方法对温泉场所及水源地的水源、泡池区及人工泳池的水质,以及公共用品和公共场所开展卫生监测及卫生学调查。结果该市温泉水源水偏硅酸和溶解性总固体超标,泡池区水质游离余氯、细菌总数和大肠菌群合格率低;人工泳池水质合格率为81.48%,主要不达标项目为尿素、游离余氯和细菌总数;公共用品合格率为100.0%;公共场所空气合格率为61.43%,不合格项目为相对湿度和照度。结论中山市温泉场所泡池水质卫生安全风险大,经营单位应注重温泉水的消毒处理,卫生部门应加强对温泉场所尤其是泡池区的监管。
Objective To understand the health situation of the hot springs, and provide the technological basis for promo- ting the supervision. Methods Monitor and hygienic investigation about hot springs and their water source were carried out, including the water quality of the source areas, the bathing pools and the swimming pools, and the health quality of the public articles and the public places. Results The raw water of the hot springs were rich in metasilicic acid and TDS The qualified rate of the bathing pools was low, caused by the unqualification of free chlorine, total bacterial and coliforms. And the qualified rate of the swimming pools was 81.48% , caused by the unqualification of urea, free chlorine and total bacteri- al. The qualified rates of public articles was 100.0% and the qualify rate of public places was 61.43%. The unqualified subjects were relative humidity and illuminanee. Conclusion For the hot spring places, the water quality of the bathing pools caused a high risk in public health. The managers of the hot springs should pay more attention to the disinfection of the water, and the health department should strenghthen the supervision especially to the bathing pools.
