Developtment of A New Solution Flow Speed Auto-stabilizator Using in Ion-exchange Process

研制了一种利用弹性薄膜的、可用于离子交换工艺中的溶液流量自动稳定器。当离子交换柱内的液位压力下降至起始压力的 45 %时 ,流量仍能自动保持在原设定值的约 97.6% ,较好地解决了离子交换工序中繁琐的流量调整问题。

A new solution flow speed auto stabilizator using in ion exchange process has been developted. Flow speed of solution can be keeped at 97.6% of set value when pressure of solution in ion exchange volume decrease to 45% of initial pressure and the troublesome problem on flow speed controlling can be resolved if this new flow speed auto stabilizator is used in ion exchange process.
