摘要
职业生涯适应能力被众多研究者视为重要的、必备的软技能,是个体获取适合的工作、提升工作满意度的重要手段。本文基于15个月的纵向跟踪对比研究,探讨高职毕业生职业生涯适应能力与就业质量之间的关系。研究发现,相对于控制组,培训组成员将在培训3个月后提升职业生涯适应能力;相对于控制组,培训组成员将在就业1年后呈现更高质量的就业状态。为此,高职院校可以通过相关的措施,例如,培育学生的未来时间洞察力,提升学生对未来职业的决策能力,提升探索自我和未来场景的能力,以及培育学生的职业自我效能感,从整体上提升高职毕业生的职业生涯适应能力。
Career adaptability is regarded by many researchers as an important and necessary soft skill, which is also an important means for individuals to obtain suitable jobs and improve their job satisfaction. Based on a longitudinal tracking comparative study of 15 months, this paper discusses the relationship between career adaptability and employment quality of vocational college graduates.The study found, compared with the control group, members of the training group will improve their career adaptability after 3 months of training, and compared with the control group, the members of the training group will have a higher quality of employment status after one year of employment. Therefore, vocational colleges can improve the career adaptability of graduates as a whole through relevant measures. For instance, cultivating insight into the future of students; improving their decision-making ability about future careers; enhancing the ability to explore themselves and future scenes; in addition, cultivating their vocational self-efficacy.
