摘要
新时代创业教育改革的深化需要重新审视其中存在的突出问题。全校性创业教育则为之提供了以下参考:全校性创业教育的理念发展注重社会问题和学科布局,对实践活动中的推广模式和组织结构展开多维探讨,可持续发展中寻求在运行效率和适应能力之间取得平衡。当前我国高校创业教育改革的主要矛盾表现为落后理念与推广需求相背离、匮乏师资与深入发展相矛盾、缺乏支持环境与持续增长相冲突、创业教育理论与实践活动相脱节。在全校性创业教育的视角下,创业教育改革可尝试以下路径:以课程和学位设置的完善推动理念转变,通过加强师资培养和实践环节来应对组织局限性,选择共享式集群发展从而将创业教育功能最大化。
The deepening of reform of entrepreneurship education in the new era requires a re-examination of the prominent problem. To deepen the process, university-wide entrepreneurship education provides the following enlightenment which includes the attention to social issues and discipline distribution in the development of ideas, multi-dimensional discussion of promoting model and institution structure in practice, the seeking of balance between efficiency and adaptation to achieve sustainable development.Meanwhile, we are facing four main kinds of difficulty in our reform of entrepreneurship education. Specifically, it consists of the conflict between underdeveloped ideas and extending requirement, lack of teachers and in-depth development, missing of supportive environment and sustainable development, theory and practice. From the perspective of university-wide entrepreneurship education,we can employ the approaches listed below: shift ideas and understanding of entrepreneurship education through betterment of curriculum and degree programs, addressing the constraints of institutions with reinforcement of teacher education and practice process, maximizing of the functions and effects of entrepreneurship education with shared and cluster-style development.
