我国高校普及创新创业教育的困境、取向及理路

On the Dilemma,trend and Development Path of 'University-wide' Innovative Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities in China

在"大众创业、万众创新"的时代大潮下,政府制定了一系列推进创新创业教育的政策措施,并明确提出要在高校普及创新创业教育。在政府政策的促动下,我国高校创新创业教育获得了"跨越式"发展。那么当前高校普及创新创业教育的现状究竟如何呢?高校创新创业教育取得的进展包括普遍设置了创业类通识教育课程、整合资源搭建创新创业教育实践平台、设置专责创新创业教育的组织机构等。然而透过高校轰轰烈烈的创新创业教育表象,发现其普及效果并不理想,还远未达致真正意义上的普及。在对普及创新创业教育困境认知的基础上,提供了"整体性"体系建构、"学科支撑"的教育模式、"实践理性"主导的知识生产三大发展取向选择,并指出了普及创新创业教育的发展理路。

Under the tide of ＇multitude entrepreneurship and mass innovation＇, the government has formulated a series of policies and measures to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education, and explicitly stated that the aim is to popularize innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. With the promotion of government policy, colleges and universities＇ innovative entrepreneurship education developes very fast. So what is the current situation of popularizing innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities？ The progress of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities includes setting up general courses about entrepreneurship, setting up innovative entrepreneurship education practice platform through integrating resources, setting up special organization that in charge of innovative entrepreneurship education. However, beneath the surface of vigorous innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, it is found that its popularity is not satisfactory, and it is far from reaching the real destination. On the basis of popularizing dilemma cognition of the innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper puts forward three development orientation of popularizing innovative entrepreneurship education, which includes ＂Integration＂ system construction, ＂Subject support＂ education model and knowledge production led by ＂practical reason＂. Besides,the paper points out the development path of making innovative entrepreneurship education universal.
