摘要
进入新世纪以来,全球高等教育学生评价实践取得了飞速发展。当前,学生评价体现了"学习范式"的特征。评价以促进学生学习为目的,提倡培养学生的自我评价能力,促进学习的可持续发展。为了适应社会的快速变化,高阶思维能力和通用素养逐渐成为评价的主要内容。随着信息交流技术的普及发展,以学习分析为基础的多种替代性评价方式不断涌现。基于具体评价内容的个性化量规将成为主要的评价手段。评价不再只是依靠标准或常模参照来评定学生的水平,而是鼓励学生去追求更高、更好的表现。
Student assessment practices in higher education have made great progress in the new millennium. Student assessment in higher education is transforming into the learning paradigm. The purpose of assessment emphasizes on the enhancement of students' learning and cultivation self-assessment abilities for their sustainable development. In order to adapt to the rapid changes in society, high-level thinking abilities and generic attributes gradually become the main focus. Along with development of Information Communication Technology, a variety of learning analytics-based alternative assessment appeared, in which the content-based rubrics have played an important role. The judgment would not just be made on the standard or norm reference for grading, but encourage students to pursue a higher and better performance.
