铁锌配施对河西走廊地区紫花苜蓿品质和相对饲用价值的影响 被引量:11

摘要 采用添加铁和锌肥的双因素试验设计,研究铁、锌及其互作对河西走廊地区紫花苜蓿品质和相对饲用价值的影响。结果表明:锌及铁锌配施显著提高了紫花苜蓿粗蛋白质含量(P<0.05),降低了粗纤维含量(P<0.05)。单添加铁对粗蛋白质含量影响不显著,但显著降低粗纤维含量(P<0.05)。单施锌和铁显著(P<0.05)提高了粗脂肪含量,极显著降低了酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维含量(P<0.01),铁锌配施对酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维含量没有显著影响。铁和锌均极显著增加可消化干物质、干物质采食量和相对饲用价值(P<0.01),但铁锌互作对它们的影响不显著。铁锌配施组合为F_1(9kg/hm^2)和Z_1(15kg/hm^2)时,紫花苜蓿品质和相对饲用价值最佳。 Two factors design was used to explore the effect of Fe fertilizer and Zn fertilizer on quality and relative feeding value of alfalfa in the Hexi Corridor.The Fe fertilizer consisted of 0,9,18 kg/hm^2,and Zn fertilizer was 0,15,and 30 kg/hm^2,and the experimental design consisted of 9 treatments with three replicates.This study showed that Zn fertilizer,combination of Fe fertilizer and Zn fertilizer significantly increased the crude protein content and decreased the crude fiber content of alfalfa(P〈0.05).Fe fertilizer did not affect the crude protein content of alfalfa,while it increased the crude fiber content of alfalfa(P〈0.05).Fe fertilizer and Zn fertilizer significantly increased the crude fat content,and reduced neutral detergent fiber content and acid detergent fiber content(P〈0.05),while combination of Fe fertilizer and Zn fertilizer had no significant effect on neutral detergent fiber content and acid detergent fiber content.Fe fertilizer and Zn fertilizer had significant influence on digestible dry matter and dry matter intakeand relative feeding value(P 0.01),but combination of Fe fertilizer and Zn fertilizer had no significant effect on digestible dry matter and dry matter intake and relative feeding value.These results suggested that application of Fe fertilizer and Zn fertilizer improved the quality,palatability and digestibility of alfalfa,resulting in higher relative feeding value of alfalfa(P〈0.01).The quality and the relative feeding value of alfalfa performed well in the Hexi Corridor when 9 kg/hm^2 Fe fertilizer and 15 kg/hm^2 Zn fertilizer were mixed.This result would provide useful information for application management of trance elements in the Hexi Corridor,even similar areas.
