摘要 试验设置不同温度、发芽床和水分等处理,以发芽率、发芽指数作为指标,筛选戈壁天门冬(Asparagus gobicus)最优的发芽条件。结果显示:(1)戈壁天门冬种子不存在休眠现象,萌发不需考虑光照条件,最适温度为恒温25℃;(2)根据种苗形态建成特征,戈壁天门冬的幼苗属A 1.2.2.1组,即留土发芽的单子叶植物,上胚轴伸长,幼苗鉴定时要考虑初生根的发育程度;(3)戈壁天门冬种子萌发较快,第5d即有超过50%种子完成萌发过程,因此推荐置床后第5d作为初次计数时间,第10d作为末次计数时间;(4)戈壁天门冬幼苗对基质水分比较敏感,用种苗进行扩繁时应格外注意水分控制。 Seed germination tests were conducted to investigate seed germination characteristics,seedling establishment,and to select optimal condition for germination of Asparagus gobicus.Seeds were subjected to different germination condition of temperature regimes,seed bed and moisture contents.Germination percentage and germination index were used as indicators for screening germination conditions.The results showed that:(1)Seeds of Asparagus gobicus had no dormancy.Germination was insensitive to illumination.Suitable germination condition was 25℃ constant temperature;(2)Based on the morphological formation characteristics,the seedlings of Asparagus gobicus belonged to the group A 1.2.2.1,i.e.monocotyledons,epicotyls was prolonged and primary root was important for identifying seedlings;(3)Seeds of Asparagus gobicus germinated fast.More than 50% seeds germinated after setting in the germination bed and finished germination after 5 days in bed.It was recommended that the first counting was on the 5 th day and the final counting on the 10 th day for germination examination.(4)Asparagus gobicus seedling was very sensitive to the substrate moisture,care should be taken to ensure enough water in the early stage of seedling growth.
