摘要
小眼畸形转录因子家族(MiT/TFE)能够广泛调节肿瘤细胞增殖及能量代谢。该家族可以通过溶酶体相关基因的上调以及作用于氧化代谢及氧化应激反应这样的特异性靶点促进肿瘤的发生及发展。此外,MiT/TFE可以调节溶酶体的信号传导,其中包括哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTORC1)通路和Wnt/βcatenin通路。而MiT/TFE和促卵泡激素基因(FLCN)的关系同样和肿瘤的进展密切相关。
Microphthalmia family of transcription factors(MiT/TFE) is very important for the regulation of cancer cell proliferation and energy metabolism. The MiT/TFE promotes the genesis and development of tumors by upregulating the expression of lysosomal genes as well as acting on the oxidative metabolism and the oxidative stress response. MiT/TFE can also regulate lysosomal signaling including the mTORC1 and Wnt/βcatenin pathways. The relationship between MiT/TFE and folliculin (FLCN) is associated with the tumorigenesis.
