摘要
以从国内外搜集的32份百合种质为试材,采用大田碱性土(pH 7.8)胁迫的方法,研究了碱胁迫对百合种质中期株高、SPAD值、叶片氮含量、熟期株高、茎粗、单株花数和播花历期的影响,以期为百合种质全生育期耐碱性综合评价提供参考。结果表明:32份百合种质可聚为2类,类Ⅰ为耐碱性的百合种质,包含19份种质;类Ⅱ为敏碱性的百合种质,包含13份种质。19份百合种质中期株高变异范围为5.12~22.38cm,平均值为12.16cm,标准差为4.17,变异系数为34.33%。单株花数的变异系数最大为51.28%,其次为中期株高,而播花历期的变异系数最小为4.21%。综合加权隶属函数值耐碱性评价和公因子载荷矩阵耐碱性评价方法,19份百合种质中"大黄蜂""正直""红芯"耐碱性强,其次是"类沂1"和"眼线","细叶百合""岷江百合""兰州百合"耐碱性较弱。二维排序分析中同时兼顾第1公因子和第2公因子的百合种质主要有"大黄蜂""正直""眼线""类沂1""红色警报"和"底特律"。SPAD值、叶片氮含量、中期株高、熟期株高和播花历期可作为百合种质全生育期耐碱性评价的重要指标;加权隶属函数值耐碱性评价和公因子载荷矩阵耐碱性评价方法可作为百合种质全生育期耐碱性综合评价方法。
Using 32 collected lily germplasm from China and overseas as experimental materials,effects of medium-term plant height,SPAD value,leaf nitrogen content,mature plant height,stem diameter,flowers per plant,and period from sowing to flowering of lily germplasm on alkali stress(pH 7.8)were studied under field environment.It would provide a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of alkali tolerance of lily germplasm during the whole growth period.The results showed that 32 lily germplasm could be clustered into 2 categories,Category I was alkali-tolerant lily germplasm with 19 germplasm,and category II was alkali-sensitive lily germplasm with 13 germplasm.The variation range of medium-term plant height among the 19 lily germplasm was 5.12-22.38 cm,the average was12.16 cm,the standard deviation was 4.17,and the coefficient of variation was 34.33%.The coefficient of variation for flowers per plant was 51.28%,followed by the medium-term plant height,and the minimum coefficient of variation for period from sowing to flowering was 4.21%.Combining weighted subordinate function value alkali tolerance evaluation method with common factor loading matrix alkali tolerance evaluation method,alkali tolerance of ‘Suncrest'‘Honesty'and ‘Fangio'among 19 lily germplasm were strong,followed by ‘Leiyi 1'and ‘Eyeliner'‘Lilium pumilum DC'‘Lilium regale Wilson'and‘Lilium davidii var.unicolor Salisb.'had weak alkali tolerance.The lily germplasm with both the first common factor and the second common factor at the same time in the two-dimensional sorting analysis mainly included‘Suncrest'‘Honesty'‘Eyeliner'‘Leiyi 1'‘Red alert'and‘Detroit'.SPAD value,leaf nitrogen content,medium-term plant height,mature plant height,and period from sowing to flowering could be used as important indexes for evaluation of alkali resistance during the whole growth period of lily germplasm.The weighted subordinate function value alkali tolerance evaluation method and common factor loading matrix alkali tolerance evaluation method could be used as a comprehensive evaluation method for the alkali resistance of lily germplasm during the whole growth period.
