摘要
包括电视传媒在内,媒体的科技发展日新月异,其新技术、新产品层出不穷,日益丰富着媒介传播的同时,也给人们带来了无穷的愉悦。但从经济学,社会学角度看,从科学发展观出发,这些新科技,新产品的大规模推广应用和全面性升级换代,必须考虑国情和实际情况,逐步或分步实施;如果脱离实际或地区特情,离开"以人为本"这个基本价值取向,任何强制推广和换代都是有悖于科学发展的。
Including TV media,the technologies of media has developed a lot.New technologies and products are emerging all the time,increasingly enriching the media of communication.Additionally,it brings us endless pleasure. However,from the viewpoint of economics and sociology,starting from the scientific concept of development,while promoting new technologies in a large scale and upgrading new products comprehensively,we must take the conditions and realities into consideration.If away from reality and regional conditions,from people-oriented this basic Value orientation,any mandatory promotion or updating is contrary to scientific development.
