手机在民族地区农村科技传播中的作用

Cell Phone's Function in Rural Science and Technology Communication in Ethnic Regions

手机现已成为信息传播的重要媒介,在农村科技传播中发挥着越来越重要作用。本文从发挥手机农村科技传播功能和现状,看手机在推进民族地区科技普及和新农村建设中的作用。在分析目前民族地区农村科技信息传播难点与不足的基础上,结合手机传播农业科技信息实践,提出推进手机农村科技信息传播的建议。

At present,the mobile phone has become one of important vehicles of information communication which is playing more and more important roles. The article examines the cell phone' function in popularizing science and technology in ethnic regions on the basis of taking advantage of cell phone's communicating function and current condition. Integrating current practice of the cell phone's transmitting agricultural technical information,the article presents suggests for promoting rural scientific and technical information communication of the cell phone,basing on analyzing traditional media's weakness in popularizing in remote countryside.
