突发公共事件的处置不能缺少相关科技信息的支撑。而民间科普网站是一个传播科技信息的良好平台。本文以具有代表性的民间科普网站——科学松鼠会作为研究对象,运用框架理论,分析了该网站有关汶川地震的博文。研究得出科学松鼠会框架的高层次结构以公众关注且感兴趣的话题作为主题,框架的中层次结构包括主要问题、归因、影响(评估)等三个方面,框架的低层次结构中语言生动且多口语化,条理清晰。

Sci-tech information is indispensible during the disposal of public emergencies. Civil science popularization website is a good platform for the dissemination of sci-tech information. This paper taken Science Squirrels Meeting which is one of the best civil science popularization website as an example and used the theory of frame,then analyzed the articles about Wenchuan earthquake. Based on the research,the high-level frame of Science Squirrels Meeting make the topics public are interest in as themes; the mid-level frame concludes three parts:raising questions,explaining,judging. The lower-level frame shows that vivid colloquial words and clear well organization are important.
