大众传媒对公众科学素质的导向作用探究

提高公众科学素养是建设创新型国家的迫切需要。目前我国公众科学素质总体偏低,亟待提高。加强科学技术的普及与传播,促进公众科学素质水平的提高,是时代赋予传媒领域的历史责任。大众传媒是除正规学校教育之外科技信息的主要传播途径。当前大众传媒的科技传播能力还远远不能满足形势的需要。充分发挥大众传媒的科普功能,让媒体架起公众与科学之间的桥梁,是传播科学思想,普及科学知识,满足公众对科学技术的需求,推进公民科学素质建设,提高全民科学素质的重要渠道。

Improving public scientific literacy is urgent needs of building an innovation-oriented country. At present China's overall low quality of public scientific literacy,needs to be improved. Strengthening the popularization of science and technology,and promoting public scientific literacy,is the historical responsibility of the media. The mass media is the main route of transmission of Scientifi c and technical information outside the formal school education. Dissemination of scientific and technological capacity of the mass media is also far from enough to meet the needs of the situation. Displays fully scientific communication function of the mass media,lets the media put up between the public and the science bridge,is the important channel for the dissemination scientific thought,the popularization scientific knowledge,satisfies the public to the science and technology demand,advances the citizen scientific quality construction,improves the all the people scientif ic quality.
