The Usage of the Information Resource in CAST

论文分析了分析中国科协所属各组织机构及其活动,甄选蕴含其中的信息资源,从中挖掘出具有实用价值的信息,并研究如何进行开发、利用,并在此基础上研究信息资源的开发利用方法。作为全球最大的科技社团组织,中国科协系统中蕴含着浩如烟海的大量信息,其中不乏极具价值的信息资源,如果能够将他们发掘出来加以合理的开发和利用,必将产生巨大的经济、社会效益。本研究主要目标是:分析中国科协所属各组织机构及其活动,甄选蕴含其中的信息资源,从中挖掘出具有实用价值的信息,并研究如何进行开发、利用。通过查阅大量资料,理清了中国科协组织机构及其活动,并在此基础上进行了分析,筛选出了可供提炼加工的信息来源。由于中国科协组织机构非常庞大,信息资源浩如烟海,而课题组的人员及时间精力有限,因此我们从中国科协所有重点工作中选择了几项重点作为研究对象,进行了深入研究,并结合现有信息系统进行分析,寻找可供开发利用的信息资源。

The paper has studied the work and activities in the organizations of CAST (China Association for Science and Technology),selected the information resource and find out the useful valuable information. The paper also studied how to develop and use the resource and trying to find out the efficient method. CAST contains a vast amount of information,including valuable information resources,it would be reasonable to explore their development and use,will have huge economic,social effectiveness. The main objectives of this study are:Analysis of the CAST,affiliated organizations and their activities,which contains the selection of information resources,from digging out useful information,and to examine how the development and utilization. CAST as a result of a very large,vast information resources,and the group's limited staff and time and effort,so we all focus from the work of CAST select a number of focus for the study,conducted in-depth research,combined with the current information systems analysis,looking for the development and utilization of information resources.
