摘要
本文通过建立高速加工伺服进给系统数学模型,根据系统模型对加工中可能存在的反向间隙进行了仿真分析。分析发现反向间隙可使电机转速和进给速度滞后,且随着间隙的增大,工作台输出位移的位置误差随之增大,并指出反向间隙是高精度加工中亟待解决的问题。
The mathematical model of high speed processing servo feed system has been established,and the reverse gap has been analyzed according to the model. Through the analysis found that the reverse gap might cause the electrical machinery rotational speed and the feed rate lag. Along with gap enlargement,the work table output displacement's position error increased. Pointed out that the reverse gap is the question which in the precision work urgently to be solved.
