摘要 本文重点分析了生物质的范畴和能够生产沼气的生物质特性,运用工程经验和国内外文献资料,介绍与生物质制沼气相关的关键工程设施和工艺参数,对于水解酸化罐和沼气发酵罐的设计提出了基本思路,为充分利用秸秆等典型生物质,确保可持续发展指出目前存在的难点。 Biomass of different kinds and its characteristics are specially analyzed in the filed of biogas process,the key project installations and technological parameters are also introduced related to biogas technology by use of biomass based on engineering experience and references from home and abroad,the basis idea is put forward concerning the design of biomass acidification reactor and methane fermentation tank,some difficult points to be resolved are pointed for the full use of special biomass,such as crop straw,so as to ensure sustainable development.
