摘要
本文对一种典型的测井仪器电子骨架机械结构进行介绍,并对电子骨架机械结构所用材料进行热膨胀的计算,说明了仪器材料热膨胀可能对仪器造成的影响。在常规仪器的设计阶段就进行必要的补偿设计,使得仪器的电子骨架机械结构免于受到井下高温的影响保持正常工作,对其他常规仪器的电子骨架设计工作提供有益的参考。
In this paper,a typical logging tool introduces electronic skeleton mechanical structure,and electronic materials used in mechanical structures framework for the calculation of thermal expansion,thermal expansion device illustrated may impact on the instrument. In conventional instruments the design stage the necessary compensation for the design,making the electronic equipment from being underground skeleton mechanical structure to maintain the normal temperature of the work of other conventional electronic instruments designed to provide a useful frame of reference.
