摘要
西藏由于地理原因,能源并不充足,生产的水果不能及时进入市场,需要冷藏,而现有的冷库耗能比较大。针对这一情况,由于西藏地区存在大量冻土的天然条件,本文提出了基于热管技术的无能耗、无排放特点来建设天然冷库的构想,即利用毛细泵回路(CPL)使地上的热量导入地下从而达到冷库的设计温度以及利用倾斜的重力热管防止冷库的冻胀和融沉,并用流体分析软件FLUENT进行了数值模拟分析计算。结果表明:利用冻土资源,采用热管技术制造天然冷库完全是可行的。
Because of the geographical reasons,the resource in Tibet is not adequate.The fruits can not get into the makets in time.While the existing refrigerator consume too much energy ,which leads to the great contradiction.Thus according to this condition and the natural condition of the frozen soil in Tibet.We indicate an assumption to make a natural refrigerator free energy without emissions which is based on the technology of heat pipe.We utilize the capillary pump loop (CPL) leading the heat above the earth to get down of the earth so as to achieve the design temperature,we also use oblique gravity heat pipe to prevent the cold of frost heave and thaw.Then we simulate and analyze the data with the fluid software FLUENT.The results show that: it is absolutely feasible to create the natural refrigerator with the use of resource of frozen soil and the technology of heat pipe.
