摘要 提出一种新的基于测发数据链路的运载火箭故障诊断技术,该技术从故障数据报警点出发,通过对报警点设备状态判定及当前设备上游设备的状态判定的递归,实现对整个运载火箭系统的故障诊断与监测。与其他运载火箭的故障诊断方法相比,该诊断方法以运载火箭各设备或系统间的物理连接为依据,能有效的避免其他诊断方法对运载火箭模型建立、知识规则提取等困难;诊断过程直观简洁且故障源判定结果真实准确。同时通过对各分系统测发数据链路的组合可实现对运载火箭全箭的故障诊断系统的建立。 A new fault diagnosis method which is based on testing and launching data link was proposed.The method starting from the fault data alarm point and judge the current device is running normally through the sample value of current device or its upstream devices.Through the recursive a launch vehicle fault diagnosis system can be established.This launch vehicle fault diagnosis method can avoid the difficult of launch vehicle modeling and knowledge rule extracting and the fault diagnosis process is clearly and accurate.Through the combination of testing and launching data link of subsystem a fault diagnosis system of whole launch vehicle can be stabled.
