摘要
为了减轻检修计划编制人员的负担和降低检修中的错误率,设计了一种供电系统检修计划决策系统。该系统以使停电检修造成的损失最小为目标,考虑同时检修和互斥检修的约束条件,对检修计划进行优化制定和安全校验,并支持检修计划的统计与查询。实际系统检修计划制定结果表明,该系统是有效的,优化了检修计划的制定结果 ,保证了系统的安全稳定运行,最大限度的避免重复停电,减少用户的停电损失,达到电力系统和社会双赢的效果。
In order to reduce the burden of maintenance scheduling planner and reduce the error rate of the maintenance,a transmission equipment maintenance scheduling decision-making system is designed.Aiming at the minimum power losses caused by maintenance and considering the constraints of simultaneity and mutually exclusion,the system optimizes the result of the maintenance scheduling and checks its safety.The system also supports the query and statistic function of maintenance plan.The result of the actual system maintenance scheduling shows that the system is effective to optimize the result of maintenance scheduling and to ensure safe and stable operation of the power system.Therefore,simultaneously power outages are avoided at maximal degree and power loss of users is reduced,and power system and social are put in a win-win situation as well.
