Application of DGPS Technology in the Investigation of Seas Utilization

海域使用现状反映了海域使用的权属、位置、类型、使用金征缴等基础信息,对指导制定海域使用规划和制度,保护与合理开发利用海域资源与环境,强化海洋综合管理具有重要的现实和历史意义。本文介绍DGPS技术的原理及发展趋势,结合福建省908专项诏安湾海域使用现状调查实施,分析研究了DGPS技术在海域使用现状测量定位实施中的方法与步骤,总结归纳了其在海上测量定位的方式方法及应注意的问题,提出DGPS技术在今后海域使用管理中的应用前景。

seas utilization reflects the information of the seas,such as the ownership,the location,the used type and the collection of fee,etc.,which has important practical and historical significance to guide the development of seas utilization planning and systems,protection and exploitation of sea resources rationally and strengthen comprehensive marine management.This article describes the basic principles and trend of DGPS technology.Combining with the Special Program 908 investigation of seas utilization in Zhaoan Bay of Fujian Province,it analyzes the application model of DGPS with measurement and position in seas utilization briefly,and then conclude the problems and means which should be paid attention to in its position and measurement on sea.At last,this article outlooks the application of DGPS in management of seas utilization.
