断路器内置电量监测模块的设计

摘要 本文介绍了一种工频船用断路器内置电量监测模块的设计方案。该方案以ADE7758芯片为测量核心,用MSC1210芯片作为系统处理器,设计了相应的软件。用于监测通过断路器的电压电流有效值,功率,频率,相序等参数。并通过通信接口向上位机实时传递测量数据。用标准测试设备对系统的电压电流测量精度进行了验证。实验结果表明:电压在135V~395V时,测量精度小于1%;电流在0.1~额定电流范围内测量误差小于0.5%。可以满足船舶电网实时监控方面的要求。 A design scheme of electric quantity monitoring module in marine breaker is introduced.This scheme was base on ADE7758 and MSC1210,and the corresponding software was designed.The module could monitor the effective value of voltage,current,power,frequency and phase sequence of the breaker.Real-time data transmit to host computer through the communication port.Its measurement accuracy was verified by the experiment using standard test instrument.Results show that,when voltage is between 135V~395V,the measure accuracy is within 1%,when the current is between 0.1~IN,the measure accuracy is within 0.5%.It meets the requirement of real-time supervisory of marine power system.
