摘要
光学玻璃模压成型法由于能直接一次成型,因而大大节省了材辅料、时间、设备及人力,且能模压出不同形状。在非球面光学玻璃零件和小型、微型光学元件制造方面,有着广阔的应用前景。通过阐述该项综合技术所涉及的低熔点玻璃材料的要求与现状、模具材料与加工、模压工艺和设备,详细介绍了光学玻璃模压成型技术的概况与关键点,指出我国应继续大力发展该项技术。
Because of directly forming,optical glass molding technology could save the material,time,equipment and manpower,and different shapes could be molded into.It had wide application prospects in manufacturing of aspheric optical glass parts and small,micro optical element.Optical glass molding technology overview and key points were introduced in detail through elaborating the comprehensive technology which involves the low melting point glass material requirements and current situation,the mold material and processing,molding process and equipment.In the end,pointed out that our country should continue to develop molding technology vigorously.
