肋片的形状和尺寸优化设计

摘要 在热传递中,有肋管道比起无肋管道的传热性能高得多,而肋片的布置形式同样决定了肋管在单位时间里的传热能力。本文将通过对流传热原理,对有肋管道与无肋管道进行传热能力的比较,证明有肋管道比起无肋管道具有强化传热的作用;同时在有肋管道上计算出单肋片的传热量,并提出一些强化肋片传热的设计。 In heat transfer,the rib pipeline has a high heat transfer than the pipeline without rips,and the form which the rips decorate also decides the heat transfer ability of rip tube.This article will get through the convection heat transfer theory,and compare the rip pipeline with the pipeline without rips in heat transfer ability,to prove the rip pipeline can improve heat transfer than the pipeline without rips.At the same time,I will try to calculate the quantity of heat which get trough the fin-root.At last I will put forward some designs which strengthen fin-root tube heat transfer.
