Design and Manufacture of Casting Gear Suitable for more than 1m Diameter Structure Single Board Reduction

本文根据单幅板结构减速器的性能特征和结构特点,对1m以上直径铸造齿轮的结构进行了优选和改进设计。在保证使用运行功能的基础上,提高了铸造齿轮结构的工艺性。实例研究表明,1m以上直径铸造齿轮的改进是适用于单幅板结构减速器的。

According to the Performance and Structural characteristics of single board reduction gear,we Optimized and redesigned the structure of more than 1 m diameter casting gear.Based on the normal operation,It improved the manufacturability of casting gear structure.Case study shows that more than 1 m diameter of gear casting improvement is applicable to single board structure of gear reducer.
