摘要
本文介绍了一种地板梁在滚压成形过程中出现的扭曲、锌层脱落、表面划伤及材料变薄等质量缺陷,提出该缺陷的解决方案。同时本文对该地板梁材料特性,成形过程中的相关参数进行研究分析并对工艺方法提供参考。
Distortions,the zinc layer off,the surface scratches and material thinning for a floor beam in the roll forming process was introduced.Solutions for these mass defects were proposed.This document will provide a reference for technical process based on the research and analysis the material characteristics and forming process parameters.
