Mg-Cu-Zn合金热循环稳定性研究

摘要 利用差示扫描量热仪、DIL402PC热膨胀仪和STA449C型同步热分析仪等对Mg-Cu-Zn共晶合金的热循环稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,Mg-Cu-Zn共晶合金储热密度大,导热系数高,在经历1000次热循环后,微观结构和热物理性能上表现出较好的稳定性。但随着热循环次数的增加,相变温度和相变潜热分别呈缓慢升高与缓慢下降趋势,其他热物理性能也稍有变化。
