摘要
本文将危机管理引入区域电网,通过对安濮鹤区域电网的分析,提出了区域电网在线综合安全预警及协调预防控制系统,为危机恢复和调控提供合理化建议,以保障安濮鹤区域电网在复杂多变的运行条件下安全稳定运行。
In this paper,the crisis management was introduced to regional power grid,and the system of on-line comprehensive security early warning and coordination and preventive control were proposed in this paper.By means of analysis of the regional power grid,the crisis elimination preparedness was put forward to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid under complicated oprerating condition.
