本文通过介绍2×300MW机组脱硫系统GGH工作原理、GGH堵塞原因分析以及防止GGH堵塞的措施,提出从运行调整、设备检修与维护、燃煤品质等方面着手,解决GGH堵塞问题,对火电厂解决GGH差压高,保证脱硫系统正常运行具有一定的参考价值。

By way of introduction of the working principle of GGH of 300MW unit desulfurization system,GGH blockage reason analysis and preventive measures of GGH block,operation adjustment,equipment repair and maintenance,the quality of coal and other aspects are paid attention to solve the blocking problem of thermal power plant GGH and make GGH plug smooth.The normal operation of desulfurization system has been guaranteed with higher reference value.
